We will work via email and do not require a face to face consultation. Email is our preferred method of contact as it allows us to provide a written trail of all communications and to reply out of office hours

Website

The website layout will be based on the clients choice of template. The website will be written in compliant and valid code making the websites search engine friendly. The website will be submitted to the search engines, however this does not guarantee a particular ranking in the search results.
Note - no company can guarantee a high position on google !

Content

It is the clients’ responsibility to provide all content for the website. Ideally the content should be provided as a word document with no more than one page per website page. Any specific images required must also be provided via email.

Ownership

We grant the client non-exclusive use of all material created and designed by us for use in the web site created by us under this contract.

Portfolio

We reserve the right to feature your website on our portfolio as displayed on our website. This is good for you since we will also provide a link through to your live website.

Payment

A payment of 50% of the initial quote is required as deposit on any commission, prior to beginning work. Deposits are non refundable. The remaining payment is payable on completion.

Terms and Conditions for FREE Site Services

For access to our free webpage designs and service, you must agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.Hosting will always have to be with one of our affiliate sites. Click here for Cheap Web Hosting. We must have confirmation from the hosting companies before Web Studio makes a start on your site.

2.The website must have a maximun of 3 pages. Any further pages are chargable at £15 per page with no limit to maximum pages.

3.If changes are required to a particular page on the website, upto three changes per site are free. Any further changes will be chargable at £15 per change per site.

4.The content of the site must not be copyright. All logos, graphics and content must be provided by the client. All material must be the clients own work (not copied and pasted). All material should be provided in PDF or MS Word format.

5.The content of the site must be legal, must not break any laws, must not contain any explicit, adult-orientated or pornographic relation or link, must not be aggressive, hateful, obcene, or contain material or link to materials of an illegal act, substance or material, must not cause hatred in any manner, religious, secular, racist or any other ground.

Terms and Conditions for How You Can Recive £50

1. The customer whom you referr to us must purchase the full package, including any plan from our website and web hosting.

2. You will recieve the £50 after the website is either fully completed or the customer pays 50% deposit

3. This offer does not include the free web design service.

The client accepts that at the sole discretion of Web Studio any part of content including images may not be accepted for use on the website such as offensive, nude, pornographic etc.

Web Studio are not liable for loss, damage or corruption to files or information stored on our servers or individual PC's relating to a client's website. The client is solely responsible for any information or files relating to their website.
